How is madhiy (pre-seminal fluid) or maniy (semen) removed if there is not enough water available for sprinkling (nadh) or washing (ghusl)?

Semen is pure according to the preponderant opinion, while prostatic fluid (madhy) is impure according to the preponderant opinion. The physical substance of impurity is removed by anything that can remove it, but its legal ruling is not removed except by pure water, according to the majority of scholars. However, Abu Hanifa holds the view that it is permissible to purify it with any pure liquid, such as vinegar or rose water. If a person is unable to remove impurity from his garment and does not have a pure garment to cover his 'awrah, it is said that he should pray in it, and it is also said that he should pray naked.
