Is the water used to remove madhiy impure, and is it obligatory to repeat the prayers if that is the case?

Al-madhy (pre-seminal fluid) is impure and, according to the majority of scholars, must be purified by washing. It suffices to pour a small amount of water over it, enough to cover it, without the need for rubbing or squeezing. The water that touches clothes after purification is considered pure, as the impurity has been removed.
