It is permissible to uncover the hands out of necessity, and taking advantage of this concession in such a case is permissible, provided that it is not a habit of seeking out concessions, but rather due to a necessity that is estimated according to its extent. If the need ceases, it is obligatory to return to the original ruling and cover the hands.
