Does the Hadith "Indeed, I shall boast of you before the nations" include disobedient people, evildoers, innovators, and those weak in faith?

Several hadiths have been narrated indicating that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, multiplying through his Ummah includes all Muslims, from the Ummah of Responding [to his call]. This includes all Muslims, regardless of their varying states of faith, whether righteous or disobedient, as long as they have not reached the point of disbelief or an apostatizing innovation.
