What is the ruling on continuing to work and signing receipts that include incorrect monetary amounts to take them unjustly?

It is impermissible to sign what was mentioned, even if it leads to dismissal from work, because it falls under cooperating in sin and aggression, consuming wealth unjustly, and betraying trust. This is based on the Almighty's saying: "And do not cooperate in sin and aggression," and "And do not consume your properties among yourselves unjustly," and "Do not betray Allah and the Messenger or betray your trusts while you know [the consequence]." One must fear Allah and refrain from such actions, for Allah provides for whoever fears Him, as He Almighty said: "And whoever fears Allah - He will make for him a way out and will provide for him from where he does not expect." It has been reported from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, that no soul will die until it completes its term and its provision. So, let them fear Allah and be gracious in seeking their livelihood.
