Which is better for performing Umrah: the month of Ramadan or the month of Sha'ban, taking into account that the reward for Umrah in Ramadan is like Hajj, and the wife's claim that deeds are raised to Allah in Sha'ban?

Ramadan is the best of months; the Prophet used to give glad tidings to people about it and urge them to do good deeds during it. It is a month in which good deeds are multiplied, ranks are elevated, prayers are answered, and sins are erased. Every day of it, Allah frees people from Hellfire, and 'Umrah performed therein is equivalent to Hajj. As for Sha'ban, no specific encouragement for 'Umrah during it has been reported. Therefore, 'Umrah in Ramadan is undoubtedly better and more rewarding.
