What is the ruling on a wife purchasing her husband's car via Murabaha through an Islamic bank?

The transaction is impermissible if it is merely a trick to obtain money from the bank, such that the car returns to the husband and he receives the price, because it amounts to a forbidden usurious loan. However, if it is a genuine buying and selling transaction, then there is no objection to it, provided there is no collusion between the one promising to buy and the seller.
