Are the two rak'ahs that follow the 'Isha prayer from the regular Sunnah prayers, namely the two rak'ahs of Shafa'?

The regular prayer of Isha is something different from the two rak'ahs of Shafa', and it is a confirmed Sunnah. Shafa' are the rak'ahs prayed before Witr, whether they are two, four, or six. If a person performs Witr with more than one rak'ah, it is prescribed for him to recite Surat Al-A'la in the first rak'ah and Surat Al-Kafirun in the second of the two Shafa' rak'ahs that precede Witr. As for the Sunnah prayer of Isha, no specific has been mentioned to be recited in it, and it has no connection to Witr.
