Does the prayer of one whose phone rang and distracted the worshippers become void?

The prayer of the mobile phone owner is valid and not nullified by the emission of musical ringtones from it, even if it causes disturbance to the worshippers. However, he incurs sin if he does so intentionally. Owners of phones should turn off their phones before entering the mosque to avoid harming the worshippers and to protect the houses of Allah from these ringtones.
