Are the people of Jeddah considered people of the Haram?

Jeddah is not part of the Sacred Precinct of Mecca (Al- Al-Makki); therefore, its residents are not considered among its people. Currently, there are distinct markers for the boundaries of the Haram, which were established by Abraham, peace be upon him, and then the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, ordered their demarcation, followed by Umar, Uthman, and Mu'awiyah, may Allah be pleased with them.
