Is it the case that everyone among humanity who deserved punishment after the death of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, had the proof established against them and was devoid of anything that could excuse them?

Allah established His proof against His creation by sending messengers: "so that mankind would have no argument against Allah after the messengers." And there are still people whom the proof has not yet reached. Allah does not punish anyone except after the prophetic proof has been established against him: "And We would not punish until We had sent a messenger." And whoever the call has not reached, or has reached him but he is not prepared for its obligation, is excused. The establishment of proof is not limited to messengers, but also includes guides and warners who convey on their behalf.
