Is a wife entitled to seek divorce if she discovers that her husband deceived and defrauded her regarding his qualifications and job prior to marriage?

What the man did by lying and cheating is forbidden, and he must repent from it. As for the marriage, it is valid if it fulfilled its conditions, and the woman does not have the right to seek divorce from him merely for lying about his certificate and job, unless that results in harm that justifies her seeking divorce.
