Is it permissible to trim what has lengthened from the lower part of the eyebrow, to shave the hair between the eyebrows, to pluck hair from the chin and face or remove it by laser, and to dye gray hairs in the eyebrows?

Plucking natural eyebrows is forbidden because it is considered namṣ (plucking) for which the doer is cursed. It is preferable to avoid trimming or shaving them. If eyebrow hair becomes long or exceeds its natural limit, there is no harm in tidying it and removing some of it to restore it to its usual state. It is permissible to remove hair between the eyebrows, and hair on the chin and face, using laser or other methods, as long as it does not cause harm. Some scholars state that it is obligatory to remove hair growing on a woman's chin and mustache. It is permissible to dye eyebrow hair and other hair with colors other than black. Changing gray hair is religiously commanded, except with black, concerning which there is a difference of opinion.
