Does buying an item online—by viewing its picture with a guarantee of return in case of defect—fall under the category of a "munabadhah" sale?

The Bay' al-Munabadha (throw-and-touch sale) is forbidden. It is a sale of gharar (uncertainty) and gambling. One form of it is when two parties say: "If I throw the garment to you, the sale is concluded." This includes selling an unseen item without viewing it or knowing its description. However, online selling, where one views images or models of the goods, is permissible as long as the uncertainty is eliminated by a clear description of the item. The buyer retains the option of khiyar al-ru'ya (option upon viewing) if the item is found to be different from the agreed-upon description.
