How can the phenomenon of smoking be reduced in Muslim society, especially at university?

To reduce and combat the sin of smoking, coordination can be made with the university administration to organize lectures in which preachers and doctors explain the dangers and prohibition of smoking. These lectures should be repeated in several colleges. Furthermore, brochures and tapes addressing the same topic can be distributed, and righteous sisters can be collaborated with for financial support in this endeavor. If there are women who smoke, they should be advised directly with wisdom and good counsel. As for men, advice should be limited to distributing tapes and brochures and working to coordinate the arrangement of lectures on the dangers of smoking.
