Does raising the shoulders during prayer, whether inadvertently or habitually, invalidate it?

It is prescribed for the worshiper to stand with moderation and stillness. Raising the shoulders above the natural position is not part of the Prophet's guidance, peace and blessings be upon him, for he said: "Why do I see you raising your hands as if they are the tails of restive horses?! Be still in prayer." This does not invalidate the prayer, but it is not prescribed.
