Is it permissible to help the mother of a disobedient business partner from his profits and deduct that without his knowledge?

It is not permissible for a partner to take his co-partner’s money without his permission, due to the generality of the Prophet’s (peace be upon him) saying: “Indeed, your blood, your wealth, and your honor are sacred to you.” And due to the jurists’ ruling that it is impermissible to take a right from a deposit through betrayal. Taking money from a partner who is negligent in spending on his mother is the prerogative of the judge. The partner should be advised and reminded of his mother’s right. Otherwise, the mother can be guided to legal ways to obtain her maintenance.
