What is the authenticity of the supplication: "O Allah, O All-Compelling, compel me with a compulsion that astonishes the inhabitants of the heavens and the earth, a compulsion befitting Your greatness, power, and generosity"?

One must avoid innovated supplications that lead to transgression in prayer and render the legislated supplications unnecessary. Furthermore, the name "Al-Jabbar" has three meanings: the جبر (compelling/mighty) of power, the جبر (restoring/comforting) of mercy, and the جبر (exalted/high) of transcendence. There is no justification for the supplicant to say, "O Allah, O Al-Jabbar, جبر (restore/mend) me with a جبر that astonishes the inhabitants of the heavens and the earth"; this is because it was not transmitted from the Salaf, and because Allah's جبر (restoration/mending) and mercy do not require astonishment from the inhabitants of the heavens. It is sufficient for a Muslim to ask his Lord to جبر (restore/mend) him with the supplications narrated from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, such as "O Allah, forgive me, have mercy on me, جبر (restore/mend) me, guide me, and provide for me."
