What should a fiancée who became pregnant by her fiancé and then miscarried and repented do when others propose to her, given her knowledge that she is no longer a virgin, and her fear of being exposed if she refuses to marry, or if she confides in the suitor, or if she resorts to hymen repair?
We ask Allah to accept your repentance. What happened is a lesson for your future life and to realize the danger of emotional relationships, and that they are a gateway for Satan to lead one into indecency.
If someone whose religiosity and character you approve of proposes to you, accept him as a husband. You are not obliged to inform him about the loss of virginity, unless he stipulates it. In that case, inform him about its loss, but do not mention the matter of zina (fornication/adultery). You must conceal yourself. There is no harm in using evasive language, by telling him that you did not commit zina, meaning that it did not occur from you after repentance. This falls under the category of permissible dissimulation (tawriya).
