What is the ruling on an employee working for a commercial insurance company joining a charitable cooperative society that provides financial assistance to its needy members?

It is permissible for brothers to cooperate and show solidarity if that is the purpose, and it is even commendable, based on the Almighty’s saying: "And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression." And based on the saying of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him: "When the Ash'aris ran short of provisions in battle or their families in Medina ran short of food, they would gather all that they had in one garment, then divide it equally among themselves in one vessel. They are from me, and I am from them." However, working in non-cooperative insurance companies is not permissible.
