What is the ruling on working for an Islamic insurance company?

Permissible cooperative insurance is based on the participants' donations to compensate for damages, unlike commercial insurance, which is prohibited. If a person is compelled to have insurance, they must seek a cooperative or Islamic insurance company that adheres to Sharia rulings and has a Sharia supervisory board, bearing in mind that a company's mere declaration of being Islamic is not sufficient to deem dealing with it permissible.
