What is the ruling of Islamic law regarding marriage to a woman who "married herself" and with whom the man had conjugal relations, then her family refused to complete the marriage? And what is the way to complete this marriage in a manner that pleases Allah?

You have wronged yourself and angered your Lord by establishing a relationship with a foreign woman and committing the grave sin of zina (fornication/adultery) with her repeatedly. Marriage is not contracted by the woman saying, "I marry myself to you," and your agreement to that; everything that occurred between you was zina. You must hasten to sincere repentance. Your presence in the Holy Land is an opportunity for repentance and to increase in good deeds. The woman's guardian does not have the right to refuse her marriage to you if you have repented and are suitable. If he refuses, he is considered a 'adil (one who prevents marriage unjustly), and in this case, she may refer the matter to a Sharia judge or appoint a just Muslim as her wakeel (representative) to marry her with her permission. Be keen to convince her of a legitimate Islamic marriage and to settle her with you in the Holy Land.
