Do good deeds become nullified if a person wrongs their mother once in their life, despite their deep remorse and fervent supplication to God, knowing that the mother dislikes her daughter and does not wish to see her?

It is not permissible to be undutiful to one's mother or to mistreat her, no matter how severe her mistreatment, because Allah commanded to accompany even one's polytheist parents with kindness. Therefore, one must repent by abandoning the sin, regretting it, and resolving not to return to it. If the matter involves financial rights, then the right must be returned. If it was through verbal abuse, then one must apologize, ask for forgiveness, and treat her kindly and with beneficence. Sincere repentance is accepted and erases what preceded it, and Allah loves those who repent and transforms their bad deeds into good ones. And for one who was keen on honoring their parents and then an error slipped from them, that is a strong expectation for forgiveness from Allah.
