How can a worshiper perform a one-hour daily Night Vigil (Qiyam al-Layl) in Norway, knowing that the time between the Isha and Fajr prayers may shrink to half an hour at certain times of the year?

Night prayer is one of the characteristics of the righteous, as Allah Almighty says: "And those who spend the night prostrating to their Lord and standing [in prayer]," and "Their sides forsake their beds." If the available time is between 'Isha and Fajr, then the night prayer can be performed during this time, concluding it with Witr, for Allah Almighty says: "Allah does not burden a soul beyond its capacity." However, if the commitment is to perform a voluntary hour of prayer, it can be performed during the day, outside of prohibited times, or between Maghrib and 'Isha.
