What can a woman do about her husband who brings her groceries from his work in the military despite her opposition and her considering it haram?

A cook in the army is entrusted with what is under his charge, and it is not permissible for him to take anything from it for himself, his home, or his children, because it is an act of aggression, treachery, and an unlawful consumption of public funds. The husband must repent and return what he has taken. It is incumbent upon you and your children not to eat anything he brings unless it is out of dire necessity. You must advise him and seek assistance from Allah and from people of goodness and righteousness.
