The rental contract should not be terminated due to a disobedient or infidel tenant, unless it is known that he intends to rent the property for committing a forbidden act. The rent is lawful because it is in exchange for a permissible benefit (housing). It is advisable to counsel the disobedient tenant and warn him of God's wrath.
