How can I reconcile my repentance for past sins in multiple relationships with my fiancé's request that I swear on the Qur’an that no one has touched me other than my hand, knowing that my oath would be a lie and thus another sin, in order to both preserve my relationship with him and please my Lord?

Love relationships between young men and women are alien to our societies, and they are a gateway to evil and corruption. One must repent to Allah by abandoning the sin, regretting it, and resolving not to return to it. Repentance is accepted. It is not permissible for the suitor to ask about the past or to demand that the fiancée confess what she has fallen into; rather, he should conceal her faults. It is not permissible for a Muslim to seek out shortcomings, and the one who has sinned should conceal their own faults. If the suitor insists on his question, it is not permissible to swear falsely. He is advised to leave her, for perhaps Allah will compensate him with someone better. The suitor is a stranger to his fiancée until the marriage contract is concluded.
