It is permissible for two or more capital sums to combine, provided that one of the partners manages the funds. It is stipulated that the working partner receives a share of the profit greater than the profit of his own capital, in exchange for his work in his partner's capital. This is permissible according to Islamic law. The profits are then divided according to the proportion of the capital, with an agreed-upon increase for the working partner. However, if he works voluntarily, he is only entitled to the share of his capital from the profit.
