Is it permissible for a husband to ask his working wife to leave her job if, after marriage, they disagreed because she does not give him from her salary but rather gives it to her family, even though he knew in advance about her job and accepted it at the time of marriage?

A husband has the right to prevent his wife from working, and it is not permissible for her to go out to work without his permission, unless he is in financial difficulty or refuses to provide for her. In such cases, it is permissible for her to go out to work without his permission. If the husband stipulates a portion of her salary in exchange for allowing her to work, this is permissible for him, and she is obliged to fulfill the condition, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Muslims are bound by their conditions, except for a condition that makes a lawful thing unlawful or an unlawful thing lawful." This condition is known either through explicit text or common custom. If there is no explicit text or common custom, then the entire salary is the wife's right, and the husband has the right to prevent her from working.
