Is it permissible to follow Salah Al-Rasheed as a sheikh and reciter, considering that he permits singing and does not favor sermons that remind of the torment of the grave and the Day of Judgment, and the presence of his Quranic recitations on Islamic websites is understood as evidence of the soundness of his approach?

Truth is not known by men, but rather men are known by truth. Reminding people of the Day of Judgment and the states of the barzakh (interim period between death and resurrection) is from the guidance of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. He used to deliver sermons and mention the states of the Hour, and he would join his two fingers. Imam al-Nawawi mentioned that the reason for choosing Surat "Qaf" to be recited on Friday is its inclusion of the resurrection, death, and severe admonitions. The preacher should observe the conditions of the listeners and choose appropriate times without excess, lest the listeners become bored. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, used to give them admonitions intermittently for fear of boredom, and so did Ibn Mas'ud.
