Is it permissible to name a newborn girl "Taliyat al-Quran" (Reciter of the Quran)?

The ruling on naming a child with the aforementioned name (Tilawah) depends on the intention behind it. If the intention is to express optimism that the child will recite and memorize the Qur’an, then there is no harm in it. However, if the intention is to bestow a commendation (Tazkiyah), then it is disliked to the extent of Karahat Tanzih (a minor dislike), based on what was reported from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, who intended to prohibit names like "Nafi‘" (beneficial) and "Yasar" (ease) because they fall under the category of commendation, even though he did not prohibit them with a prohibition of Tahrim (complete prohibition). Therefore, it is preferable to choose another name that is free from any doubt.
