Is it permissible to use a temporary or permanent medical adhesive to fix prominent ears so they appear natural, and is it permissible to cosmetically stitch them for the same purpose, knowing that these procedures do not change the shape of the auricle but rather fix it in its natural place? And is wiping behind the ear necessary to complete ablution?

It is permissible to undergo a cosmetic procedure for protruding ears if the protrusion reaches the level of a defect or disfigurement, or to use adhesive if it is safe and causes no harm, or to perform a cosmetic stitching procedure. For ablution (wudu'), it is sufficient to wipe the outer part of the ears, as wiping them is a Sunnah and not an obligation, and it is permissible to wipe only a portion of them.
