What is the ruling on working as an inspector in the Ministry of Tourism, knowing that the task is limited to ensuring compliance with the law, cleanliness, and the classification of hotels, associations, and travel agencies, regardless of whether the hotels are permissible or impermissible according to Sharia?

There is no harm in the salary of any job whose benefit is permissible. However, the problem lies in the ruling on the work if it is associated with unlawful acts, such as being present in places of evil without denouncing it, looking at 'awrah (private parts), and being exposed to temptations. It is not permissible to work in such fields. If the aforementioned work involves any of that, or the application of a law that contradicts Sharia, then it is not permissible to work in it.
