Is it permissible for one of the parties to a reconciliation to retract a judge's ruling that included relinquishing some rights, and to demand their full rights after the reconciliation?

If a reconciliation fulfills its legitimate Islamic conditions, it is valid and cannot be revoked. If it contradicts the Sacred Law, it is invalid and must be annulled, due to the generality of the hadith (definition): "Reconciliation is permissible among Muslims, except for a reconciliation that forbids what is lawful or permits what is unlawful." A judge's ruling resolves disputes and is not to be annulled unless it contradicts a fundamental Islamic principle.
