Is it permissible to supplicate by saying "O Swift One" without qualifying it with a second Name, even if the qualification is implicitly understood in the intention?

It is permissible to supplicate to Allah by His Names and Attributes and by what He has informed us about Himself, such as: "O Revealer of Distress" (Ya Kashif al-Durr), and "O Answerer of the supplication of the distressed" (Ya Mujib Da'wat al-Mudtarr). Noble Prophetic traditions contain supplications with this meaning, among them the supplication of the Prophet (peace be upon him): "O Allah, Revealer of the Book, Mover of the clouds, Defeater of the confederates, defeat them and grant us victory over them." It is also permissible to supplicate with "O Swift in Reckoning" (Ya Sari' al-Hisab) because it is mentioned in supplications and in the Holy Quran. However, it is not permissible to say "O Swift" (Ya Sari') in isolation, because it has not been transmitted, and it may convey a meaning that is not befitting of Allah.
