Is it permissible for a person to say, "O Easer of affairs, O Lord," or "O Facilitator," even though "al-Musahhil" (the Easer) or "al-Muyassir" (the Facilitator) are not among Allah's Most Beautiful Names?

Supplicating to Allah with names not explicitly mentioned in His Beautiful Names is a matter of scholarly disagreement. Some scholars restrict Allah's names to ninety-nine and prohibit supplicating with others. Others do not limit them to this number, considering any name attributed to Him in the Qur’an and Sunnah to be among His Beautiful Names. Still others permit supplicating to Him with descriptions or attributes that entail beautiful praise of Him. It is permissible to supplicate to Allah with "Al-Mu'een (The Helper), Al-Musahhil (The Facilitator), and Al-Muyassir (The Granter of Ease)" when intending Allah Almighty in the invocation, due to the mention of "O Lord" at the end of the call.
