How can one repent and seek forgiveness for committing immorality after stealing money? And do the stolen funds alleviate God's wrath?

The door of repentance is open, and its conditions are: abstaining from the sin, resolving not to return to it, and regretting having committed it. So, whoever fulfills these conditions, let him have a good opinion of Allah, for the one who repents from a sin is like one who has no sin. It is recommended to increase seeking forgiveness and performing good deeds. As for the stolen money, patience and seeking reward for it are hoped to bring recompense.
