What is the path to sincere repentance and striving in worship when one has usurious debts and stolen money from unknown individuals, and how can one get rid of them given the difficulty of repaying them all at once?

Allah Almighty has promised forgiveness for major sins like polytheism (shirk), murder, and adultery, and to transform evil deeds into good ones for those who repent, believe, and do righteous deeds, as stated in Surat Al-Furqan. The same applies to theft; repentance from it requires returning the rights to their owners. If one is unable to do so, the debt remains his responsibility, and he is considered among those in debt. If the thief dies having sincerely intended to return the rights, Allah will take responsibility for fulfilling them on his behalf. The repentance of a thief is more likely to be accepted than that of a murderer, for Allah forgives all sins. True repentance involves abandoning the sin, regretting it, resolving never to return to it, and striving to restore the rights of people or seek their forgiveness as much as possible.
