Does Allah forgive the theft of money and repentance from it when one is unable to return the money to its owners, and unable to inform them for fear of destroying the marital life?

If repentance from murder is accepted, then the repentance of a thief is even more deserving of acceptance. Repentance from theft necessitates returning rights to their owners, or seeking their forgiveness if the thief is unable to return them, along with the intention to return them whenever possible in the future, frequent supplication and seeking forgiveness, having a good opinion of Allah, and striving in obedience.
