Will Allah Almighty forgive the thief if he repents, even if the owner of the right does not forgive him?

The repentance of a thief requires two things: repentance to Allah regarding His right, and obtaining forgiveness from the wronged person regarding their right. If the wronged person does not forgive, then recompense will be made on the Day of Judgment through good deeds and sins. So, whoever has wronged his brother should seek forgiveness from him today, before there are no dinars or dirhams. Forgiveness is better and brings greater reward.
