Is it permissible to reverse the distribution of an inheritance if it becomes clear that there was injustice in it?

It is the right of whoever discerns that the division was incorrect or contained an error to demand their right. It is incumbent upon the Guardian (Wali al-Amr) to verify their claim. If it is found to be true, their right should be upheld; otherwise, the reality should be clarified to them. Therefore, there is no religious impediment to demanding one's right if it becomes clear that the division was incorrect.
