Does Islamic law permit heirs to re-partition their father's estate, or to reclaim the quarter allocated for the bequest, after discovering egregious unfairness in the previous valuation and partition?

The distribution of an inheritance is invalidated if there is egregious fraud (ghabn fahish) that affected some of the heirs, which is something that cannot be assessed by evaluators. In this case, both a judge-ordered distribution and a consensual distribution are invalidated. Accordingly, if the valuation of the building involves egregious fraud, and some of the heirs did not consent to the distribution or were coerced into it, the matter must be brought before the Sharia court, as it is the competent authority to examine and investigate such complex matters to ensure that rights reach their rightful owners.
