Is it permissible to dedicate the reward of reciting the Qur’an or performing ‘Umrah to more than one person, such as by saying: “O Allah, make the reward of this complete recitation for my father, my mother, and every Muslim who is unable to recite”?

There is no harm in reciting the Qur'an and dedicating its reward to a Muslim, whether living or deceased. Every act of devotion performed by a Muslim, the reward of which is dedicated to another Muslim, benefits them.
