Kissing a non- woman is forbidden, and whoever does so must repent. Ablution is invalidated by kissing a non-mahram woman or one's wife, according to the majority of scholars, whether the kiss was intentional or unintentional. The Malikis and Shafi'is cite the of Ibn 'Umar, which states that a man kissing his wife and touching her with his hand is among the acts of "touching" that necessitate ablution. Kissing a non-mahram woman is even more forbidden and more likely to invalidate ablution.
