Does kissing a non-mahram woman nullify wudu?

Kissing a non-mahram woman is forbidden (haram), and the one who does it must repent and perform many good deeds, for Allah Almighty says: "Indeed, good deeds do away with evil deeds" (Quran 11:114). As for kissing one's wife, it does not invalidate ablution unless madhy (pre-seminal fluid) is discharged, based on the hadith of Aisha that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, kissed some of his wives and then prayed without performing a new ablution. The stronger opinion is that touching a woman does not invalidate ablution.
