What is the ruling on seeking help from someone to take the TOEFL exam, which is required for admission to a Master's program, knowing that it is unrelated to my specialization and difficult for me to pass?

Having someone take an exam on your behalf is considered prohibited cheating and falsification. It goes against the words of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "Muslims are bound by their conditions" and "Whoever cheats us is not of us," and the words of Allah Almighty: "So avoid the word of falsehood." Therefore, it is not permissible to embark on this action.
