The viscous fluid that is discharged when contemplating lust is called madhy, and it invalidates ablution (wudu'). It must be washed from the body and clothing before prayer. If one prays intentionally before washing it, their prayer is invalid. As for the sensation of wetness, it does not invalidate ablution and does not necessitate changing or washing clothes unless a discharge is confirmed. The clothes in which a woman menstruates should be washed of any bloodstains, and the persistence of a blood trace does not harm. Outer garments, if not stained by anything, remain pure, and prayer in them is valid.
