The question

Do any prohibitions or legal rulings, necessitating a compensatory sacrifice (dam) or otherwise, arise from the pilgrim who performed Hajj al-Qiran delaying Umrah until the eighth day, applying makeup during the state of Ihram, using a cream to remove it, exiting the state of Ihram before Tawaf al-Ifadah due to menstruation, and then performing Tawaf al-Ifadah and Sa'i while wearing a niqab and gloves?

The answer

First: A pilgrim performing (combining Hajj and ) is not required to perform the arrival circumambulation ( al-Qudum) or the ritual walk (Sa'i) upon reaching Mecca. Rather, the circumambulation of Ifadah (Tawaf al-Ifadah) and its Sa'i after returning from Arafat and Muzdalifah are sufficient for him. It is also permissible to combine the circumambulation of Ifadah and the farewell circumambulation (Tawaf al-Wada') into a single circumambulation upon departure.

Second: It is permissible for a female pilgrim in a state of to use makeup and makeup remover cream, provided they are not perfumed.

Third: By performing the stoning (Ramy) and shortening the hair (Taqsir), the first stage of disengagement (Tahallul al-Awwal) is achieved, making everything permissible except for marital relations. If you did not shorten your hair before the circumambulation, then wearing the niqab and gloves is not permissible, and you owe a fidya (expiatory payment).
