Is injecting the skin under the eye with a substance to restore tissues to their place and fill the hollow under the eye considered altering Allah's creation?

It is permissible to treat cavities and wrinkles around the eye if they result from pathological causes, so that the skin returns to its normal state. It is permissible to perform cosmetic surgery to treat congenital deformities or the effects of emergency accidents that disfigure the appearance of the face or one of its organs in an unusual way, such as deformities resulting from burns or accidents, or if a child is born with an unusually large nose or a protruding ear that causes mockery, or if there are unusual wrinkles for a young woman of her age.
