What is the ruling of the Sharia on marrying a pregnant adulteress, with the man knowing that she will not abandon her work, which he considers a source of temptation, and does the man bear the sin for the child if the mother chooses to raise him according to her ideology?

It is forbidden for a man to have a relationship with any girl, as this leads to falling into adultery. Allah Almighty says: "And do not approach unlawful sexual intercourse. Indeed, it is ever an indecency and an evil way." It is not permissible for a Muslim to marry an adulteress unless she repents sincerely and he is assured of her good conduct and behavior, and that she has purified her womb. He should not marry her if she is pregnant until she delivers her child. The majority of scholars have held that a child born out of wedlock is not attributed to the fornicator but only to the mother, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "The child is for the bedding, and for the adulterer is the stone." If the woman does not repent and insists on her position of tempting men, then the man must distance himself from her and remain steadfast in his repentance to Allah.
